BBPM
Berazy Business Process ModelOur control system, Berazy Business Process Model (BBPM), provides a framework for working with quality on a global level. Our commitment is global because our most important customers operate on a global level – yet we still have to be sure that we can adapt to local requirements efficiently. Many of our projects cover several establishment sites, which involve strict requirements in terms of quality control. This also guarantees an optimal cost structure from a global perspective. We ensure that the processes and tools we use are properly suited for their purpose and will lead in the right direction. Processes and guidelines are the main ingredients in Berazy's BBPM control system. The system is founded on people with the right skills that are constantly being updated, smart sales people who sell our services and projects to implement our solutions. The core processes sales, project management, software development and HR are a part of this system. The principles associated with BBPM ensure that the company management remains committed to many important issues:
- Integrity – how we handle competitive bid situations or projects where the customers are competing with each other.
- Security – principles for security, which include key terms such as confidentiality, integrity, accessibility and responsibility.
- Product liability – preventative measures in terms of product safety and liability as well as principles for handling potential problems.
- Risk – principles of Berazy's risk management strategy, which is ultimately controlled by Berazy's management and board of directors.
- Intellectual property – preventative measures to avoid intellectual property infringements and strategies for protecting intellectual property.
- Environmental issues – developing software and data processing does not have any direct negative impact on the environment, but we need to understand our responsibility in terms of the design decisions we make, how the offices operate and how our travel affects the environment.
